Had a look at the trailer and it is visually stunning. Couple of things put me off-
The infected. Why does every apocalypse produce zombies and frigging mutants. I hate the realism gap. Either go full weird or not weird at all. Don't suck me in with realism and then pull a flesh eating, bulb headed mutant hobo out the bag just to add some ever-so-very-popular creeping horror schtick.
Oh, they're infected. That makes it all so much more scientific.
I hate the infected. 28 days later. That's great stuff, I like it, let's move on now eh?
Stealth/puzzles. I've been in this room for HALF A FUCKING HOUR! WHERE'S THIS BLOODY SWITCH!!! SHOTGUN EVERYTHING, AAAAAAARGH! Okay, google walkthrough... I'm not a subtle gamer, I'll be honest. Watching telly, reading stuff, admiring art, I'm all over it. In game, if it's not shooting something or driving something.. yes, I'm a neanderthal.
Lego Batman has puzzles... for kids... I still get annoyed and have to google bits. Doesn't help that my boy might suddenly decide to drop a very necessary component of the next puzzle so he can turn into Superman, causing me to have to traipse back thru half the level to pick it up again....
Still, it's pretty much free on that bundle so I may as well eh?
I cannot play games with my boys, it drives me insane. They both want to speed through the levels, doing minimum effort whilst I like to do everything. Tried to play Lego Harry Potter with my eldest and he annoyed me so much that I told him to sod off and I got platinum on my own
