Looky here, I finally figured out how to use the share feature! Now I just need something that's actually worth sharing. Speed and I testing out my track for the GP. rsg.ms/9237b42 Right around 6:20 I thought the race was lost, 8 seconds later... oops .

That CP you stop and wait in front of Coach... I need a closer look at that placement -_-

That's placed there because I want the drivers to use the right lane.
Edit: Although I suppose I could pull it back some and center it, thus giving the option to choose either lane.

i liked it on the right side, tbh it felt like a smoother line heading through the corner. the left side had signs that could throw off some drivers, but its upto you coach, the track is upto GP Spec for me.

I agree. When you're racing that is the natural line. Staring at it for 30 seconds and it looks like an odd placement.

I would do what you say in the edit. Ran it last night and tested a few lines through there. Like you say, where it is catches the natural one and you can actually run further inside it than I thought. If you're going into it with other cars around you tho, not necessarily keeping your eye on it and moving aside, it's pretty easy to miss. Moving it will likely suggest a different line than is best but with a few laps practice, the vast majority will know where they want to be and it's better having to consider a racing line than missing a CP. Probably only a small adjustment and if there is any spare props, you could possibly use just one to prevent excessive movement left of it's catchment. The other thing is that tight 1st turn into a narrow series of roads. Obviously we'll all need to watch ourselves through there but gaining places early on is gonna be a big temptation, since you'll have to wait a few turns if you don't get past. Simplest thing would be to have the rolling start kick off on the last turn before the straight, it'll stretch the field out a bit more heading into it.

How much discretion does the pole sitter have as far as when to go on the rolling starts? Saturday was my first rolling start and I meant to ask, but by then we were rolling on the formation lap, lol.

Saturday was my first rolling start and I meant to ask, but by then we were rolling on the formation lap, lol. 2 options we used last season were GO on the last corner and mostly, GO on the lap 2 notification. The latter worked better imo but with a more drivers and tricky early turns like yours and PKs, last corner might be wise.

I liked the rolling start. I was fully prepared for disaster, but it went rather smoothly.

With the way we sometimes struggle with rolling starts, a standing start may be much cleaner and easier.

So the "Crappy Creations" in the title is meant to apply to my videos, not my tracks . It's just coincidence that the first two I posted are from a test session. Here's my first go at the Share Factory. I must say it makes editing really simple for a neophyte like me. Cuz, i think you'll love the music and transitions in this first one

Futo v/s Randoms At the wife's insistence I drove "that pink and purple car." Then I bet on the guy I thought would actually win, not me.

This was hands down one of the best drives I've ever had. Mac's video shows how I was able to pull out such a big lead at the start, but the rain played to my driving style. I was seriously a nervous wreck once the rain stopped and the rest of the field started coming back on me. I never win a race longer than 3 laps, and I scared the heck out of my wife when I jump off my seat with a fist pump after the race. I have no idea why the final results were cut off of the recording. The PS4 also failed to capture parts of other races too even if the recording was less than 15 minutes. You can find the full(ish) records from Friday on my channel.

And that's how you win the longest bail challenge. When I first read this, I thought it said "longest ball challenge". Couldn't figure out what you driving a motorcycle on a mountain had to do with golf. Nicely done though.
