There has been some debate over what "Spring" means for a game developer in GTAF. So I went about clearing it up and I thought I would share what I got here.
From the thread I posted it in...
I tried to clear this up by googling the subject but there seems to be a general consensus of confusion on the subject which is probably intentional. However, a family member of mine is good friends with a lead developer of another game company ( I know, I know...believe it or not your choice) and he cleared it up for me.

After more prodding he continued...
So my original speculations of High Life first couple weeks of May and Heists first couple weeks of June are still quite possible and likely. I am betting money on May 13th for High Life.

If It is totally done and people are begging for a release date I will advertise "November 14th" for example....if it is very nearly done and I am confident it will be done somewhere in october/november/december area but I am not 100% sure...I say Quarter 4 to the publisher, and "This fall" to the players.
Although from experience if a company says "This fall" what they really mean, is maybe next spring....
Sorry I can't be more helpful, but "This fall" is just buzzwording. It really means, not quite Christmas.

According to my calender, Jan-March = Winter, April-June = Spring, July-September = Summer, October - December = Fall
Anytime a company says a season rather than a date, it means they have no clue. but yes, it is literally three months equals a game devs season. not a certain number of days.
