$5 million start-up costs?!? I have my highest bank balance ever and it's "only" $2 million. I 'invested' $2m coach, made it back collecting crates every evening in the first week. I find it handy for playing when theres no RRR around, I can casually collect some cargo (I use free aim or free aim assisted lobbies and keep myself to myself. Never lost a buy yet!) while doing other stuff if there's any cool down etc. And then when theres some Rummers on in the evening I will try and get a few to help me make my sales

Free aim lobbies are the best; less people and no griefers. It's where shit gets done.

I spent around 10million my start up costs and I've only armoured one of the transport vehicles. I was a noob and bought the most expensive of most stuff. I will never make it back just on CEO work.

Last night I took advantage of the sale that R* had on offices. I bought the Lombank West office and 2 medium warehouses. In all I spend about 5M. I haven't added the accommodations to the office yet but I plan to since I only have one apartment and it is in the center of town (building across the Arcadius Business Center). I'm hoping that Rockstar will have a sale on office upgrades soon. I questioned whether to spend the extra cash on the higher priced office being how they are all the same inside but I really liked the view from this one and I figured that with the sale it made it worth it. Heck it's just pretend money anyway, right?

Real floating roads instead of upside down barges. + Racing suits. + New race cars. + Tubes, boosts, loops. Don't care Possible higher prop limit. ++
I'm looking forward to going full Evel Knievel riding my Sovereign in a red, white, and blue racing suit.

Actually really excited about this. The cars look awesome. The roads and props...wow, looks like loads of potential.
I shall be grinding heists from now until Tuesday if people are around.

The trailer to this dlc looks amazing. Im not a fan of stunts and wall rides but it looks like alot of fun, I am itching to find out what they add to the content creator.

All these new cars are going to be pointless without some more garage space. I also expect them to be really expensive; all those mods look like Benny's work on the Sultan RS and Banshee 900.

Woke up feeling like a kid on Christmas morning, I've been that excited about the update. Now I feel like I found coal in my stocking. No creator update is disappointing, but no extra garage space is infuriating. Right now I'm so mad about it that I don't even feel like turning the game on when I get home.

So. Much. Things. A) Some proper nice new gear. Gimme dat Banshee jacket and Lancia Stratos. Right. Now. B) No creator update but we are promised it for the 2nd. From what I've seen on the stunt tracks, it's incredibly promising. No clue as to how it will be implemented ofc but the road sections and standard race track style props are very nice indeed. Because of the lack of clue and because R*, I'm limiting my hope to those dual CPs. Please let us have them! So Joker lap. Much wow. C) Since they plan to give us new creator tools, they decided to break the old ones. Keeps us fresh and looking fwd eh. Creator is now ballaxed for me, until such time as they fix the prop placement. If you don't know, props no longer sit on the ground when you scroll through the alignment options, so you have to guess where it's gonna end up while it floats ready. Worse, you tilt it, it drops while you tilt then pops back up when you stop. Gets better as well. Templates pop up about a foot when you put them down. The whole perfect alignment of walls/surfaces is as bastard, if not more so, as it's ever been. Surprised they didn't bring back the need to switch glitch while they were at it. Well done R*. Dicks. D) Could not give even the slightest bit of damn about the garage space. Due to not giving much of a stuff about ever earning money, I sold all sorts to fund lowriders, slamvans, super upgrades etc. I don't even have 4 full garages, I've not bought a 5th. On ONE character. A 6th?! Jeeeez. Sell one of your 37 sports or muscle cars! E) Stunt races. BWAHAHAA! The sound effects. Don't even... R* should listen more and fix more, they should not publish things.

Does anyone know if you can modify the muscle race cars? Yeah. But only the Dom has cosmetics, the same as the normal Dom. BS Stallion is yellow locked, according Kid.

150 max props. Delete lampposts feature. Split checkpoints. Nothing confirmed but looks promising.

So two weeks since the update and I'm still less than stunned. Part of it is that stunting has never been my cup of tea, basically it's an update based on my least favorite things in GCCC. But what really kills it for me is the props. The tunnels really kill the races. They look super impressive and huge from a distance, but driving in them destroys all sense of speed and place. A spiral up Maze Bank is no different than a drive around LSIA. Actually it's less exciting since at LSIA I at least have to do some steering.
Some of the new vehicles are amazing. The old Rebel is getting binned for the Trophy Truck, and my barely used Shafter(regular) is getting sold to make room for the ET. If I had the space I would be buying an Omnis too, but at least we have plenty of dupes available from the crew. But the rest of this update is ho-hum at best.
I'm curious to see what we get from the creator update. The new race track sections should be a nice change from the barges that are all the rage. I'm looking forward to being able to remove the lampposts, but what I really can't wait for is lining the curbs with the slowdown strips. Curbs will finally do what curbs are meant to do, deter you from going off track.

Curbs will finally do what curbs are meant to do, deter you from going off track. The new props look very exciting. Being able to have a long, smooth, thin wall will be great. Deleting lampposts is a game changer in it's own right. Think how many props have been devoted to protecting them, or routes that haven't worked due to an obnoxious pole. Don't get hopes up though, as it could just be a dev tool. :/ (But, you can still hope a little, as I am ) Stunt race physics are ass too. Give us the props, the remove poles feature and split CPs R* and we're done. No need for change in physics. Only thing that's benefited are spirals imo, not that I do them. Omnis is the most mandatory car of the update Coach, get rid of your Elegy or something. Omnis must be everywhere (pardon the pun). On a serious note, I checked your garage on SC to give a serious suggestion, Unless you really love that Bifta, Trophy Truck/Desert Raid are the two most fun cars to go offroad racing with IMO, (fastest 4 wheeled ones too). Shame BF400 actually means they aren't up there with fastest offroad, which was the Sanchez. Pretty much every offroad race is GTA4Dupes anyway.

It's not an update to be stunned by so far. Stunted is the word you are looking for.
Creator is very much very stunted.
Real update drops in a week, hopes not up, hype wisely reigned in, R* fail expection mandatory. But still, game changer might well be what we're seeing. For better/worse tho that may be. Thank you to those who busted into the R* creator asylum in search of star spangled strait jackets, for providing some illegal glimmer of interest into that which we might just receive. But I regard such stolen moments as a brief and twisted dream, such perilously tenuous a grip upon the grim reality of what we discover upon waking into the brutal and dismembered morning of a R* promise.
Should be very nice indeed to see these new things applied with the benefits of time and the attention to detail that a loving, long term relationship will provide, rather than a quick snog behind the bike shed while R* aren't looking. If indeed that is what we are about to receive...
Vehicles are very good tho, pleased on that front.
Omnis is an instant classic, a marvel, a work of art, a ray of health regenerating benevolence from on high. It's less comely sister, the Tropos, would be beaming at me right now, showering me with love from it's poppy headlights. If it's bubblier, more boxily practical, sibling had never existed. ETR1 is a revelation, makes me think I can drive. 7B is a broken and shabby lie that needs to burn in a cleansing pit of fire (now that I have experienced the wonder of it's mighty, galaxy spanning, hyperspeed mode). Tyrus is an extremely beautifully irrelevant maker of gloriously inneffectual noise. Trucks I'm a little meh about but enjoyed climbing walls instead of racing in the raid and the TT does seem to be quite fun to throw around a dirt track, if somehow sorta soulless in a non trucky way. Heinous is the only way I can describe the decision to replace the legendary Rebel with either. Bikes appear to have only 2 wheels and the compact is certainly quite small.
Oh, and free cars too! Racing Muscle cars! Oh sweet, ugly, growling joy!
++ the ultra cool, swanky and hip Banshee racing jacket that makes me look a god among men and shall henceforth become my second skin. Bravado be praised.

Sprunk* oops. I saw some footage of that Truck. Doesn't look like it can be taken into LSC. However, I've seen it with different rims. I hope it's raceable through conventional methods. Trucks class would be ooh-some! Even, if the vast majority of GTA's already race-able trucks are in offroads.
