PK its gravy or nothing up north, they don't do fancy sauces like Béarnaise, if your lucky they may just have some ketchup !! Its Friday so my guess is Fish 'n Chips Who is bearnaise? Tonight Mo will be having large sausage, chips, gravy & mushy peas from chippy

lol kel, well that one wasnt at home... but ill take it as a compliment, do love good food
but the one we had last night was, all nicely home cooked, fresh and tasty... care to take a stab at what it was? my hint is "no forks necessary" for last nights meal
provided everyone can keep their head out the gutter i reckon someone will get this quick

Anyone else want to go to Mo's for dinner?! You make my meals so boring! I was waiting for my mate to return with pizzas the other night, and i think Mo's mystery meal was trending cos heaps of recent posts. So I'm reading the different nights menu's and thinking 'hmmm, would I rather this than pizza' and my stomach was answering 'grrrryess!' as I read each meal.

You had ribeye steak and chips one night, and then lamp chops with new potatoes the next night.

You had ribeye steak and chips one night, and then lamp chops with new potatoes the next night. Nope, altho both were beef based.... And used the same ingredients, pretty much the same dish twice but with a variant twist... Ill be posting the answer very soon....

so it all started like this... Red Pepper and the cheeriest tomatoes Cuz ever did see, basil oregano paprika and chilli.. while i waited for those to roast... i prepped some home made refried beans, with a touch of tomato, garlic, onion and paprika (you will notice a pattern here) then some lovely fresh tomatos and onion Diced, with a bit of puree & some herbs and of course a touch of lemon (didnt stand a chance against those thumbs) then for the "main event"... Oven baked home made paprika burgers while they cook away, the peppers were ready... for a little extra topping Then the real fun begins mayo the bun add fresh tomato some leafy green top with the roasted red pepper, tomato, refried beans and a carefully placed tortilla add salsa, tortilla and cheese to the burger melt and apply to beastly bun Carefully construct an intricate flag system for the proof i didnt jsut steal these from a recipe book... and serve with chilled wine .... enjoy. Sarah (the better half) after overcoming the shock of me spending 40 mins making burgers, dubbed it "The Holy Mo" (ps the day before we had burgers, but that was the kids choice so it was just salad and keptchup)
