My excitement is burgeoning at this prospect... Im thinkin Drag races using the cinematic cam, offroad stunting sessions, some of stephens bmx tricks, skydiving, tank/truck flips, cargobob fun... Oh and a race Or two lol

Oh and a race Or two lol It's all ordered. I got this one. Any ideas would be good. I'm thinking; Tank Races Crew vs Cops BMX Tricks Stunt Jumps FightClub Demolition Derby Ambulance/armored truck surfing BMX out a Titan Police Escort in a Public Lobby (Protect the Package type thing without the package, just trolling the other players) We could probably do some role play. There's lots of ideas, as well spur of the moment things! You know how it is in session… |

Last nights spur of the moment antics were pretty epic. From the fist fight with the FD onwards I was well amused. The impromptu up to the lake tho, lol. I got there 1st and almost everyone else arrived with some serious air, cars were flipping all over the place. Then it all got a bit messy with the po-po at the custom shop....
Great stuff.
Gonna be some good vids, I'm sure.

I've got the HD PVR 2 box all ready, software installed on my mac.
I emailed Hauppauge and told them my problem and they're kindly going to send me an AV Component cable as the one I bought didn't have it included.
I also realised I didn't have a PS3 component lead so I've ordered that too.
Should be working soon!

Couple of ideas here then. The scooter one, posted elsewhere, now homed correctly till it's time to put it in events. SCOOTER JOUSTING!!! Free roam thing. Requirements- 1 x 2 way road with small central reservation, 2 x Faggio, 2 x sawn off shotguns, many x participants. Start at a reasonable distance apart on either side of the road, maybe 100m apart. 1,2,3 go. Attempt to blast the other scooter brother in the face with your shotty as you pass. Probably work best in free aim if auto aim applies- don't know if it does. Possibly heats leading to an eventual winner. Could probably have variations of this, e.g. gas tankers and grenades.... and... ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!!! Free roam again. Requirements- 1 x location, i.e. Airport/Dockyard/Mt Chilliad/Wherever, 0 x Vehicles, 1 or 2 x The Survivors - fully armed. As many as freaking possible x The Zombies - unarmed or possibly melee if balancing is required. Objective is pretty clear, throw meat waves at The Survivors, pummel them into submission and eat their brains. These could be pretty tech adept Zombies, using their undead mobile phones to coordinate their attacks via text or ringing up Lester to remove their necrotic blip from the radar. The Survivors are obviously doomed since they're not allowed to camp, hide their blip or drive off into the sunset. Could limit their ammo or weapon choice if it seems necessary. It's at this point that I really wished they'd included a flamethrower in the DLC. I have also had thoughts on these two things  |

Nice idea Cuz! Can't wait to try it. No auto aim doesn't work if you're driving, but does if you're a passenger and in close enough range. I'm not sure if GTA Race or DM would be better so here's some rambling DM: Limit weapons - I'm not sure if you can limit it to sawn off shotguns. I made a DM ages ago with only sawn off shotguns but when I tried it they were normal basic shotguns. Maybe cause it's special content? Might even be fixed now, no idea Can have 2 people per faggio which could make it more interesting and you'd have less heats if there's a lot of interest in the idea No checkpoints means players would have to organise themselves with mics or chatroom and have to have a countdown before starting their next jousts GTA Race: I think having checkpoints would make it more interesting than just plain killing and people wouldn't have to organise themselves between each joust Can you limit weapons on this? If not you'll have to trust no one is going to get their AP pistol out Can't have 2 people per vehicle in a GTA race? Do GTA rally races exist?  |

I really wanna do some scooter jousting but finding time to get on the creator is becoming increasingly difficult, so you carefree young men with time to kill have my permission to take the idea and run with it. Otherwise I'll look into it when I can.
FYI. You don't seem to be able to restrict weapons in GTA races but if its a crew thing then it wouldn't be a big deal. Lack of sawn offs in DM would be a shame but I did get sawn off (and Molotov) pick ups in a GTA race so maybe that would work in a DM?
You CAN do team GTA which will give you 2 on a bike. I did one once, passenger on my own bike ffs. Then the random tool driving crashed it on the 1st corner and left me by the side of the road. Unimpressed.

You can get creative in Deathmatch creator, you can place vehicles, weapons etc pity you can't combine elements of the 2 |

We could have a small army of bomb carriers....
Might have to start joining open lobbies again, lol.
There HAS to be a mini game based on this. A kind of large bore russian roulette....

Would work awesome as anti tank, you would be in passive mode anyway, so would just have to avid getting run over.... although not sure what the impact of the cannon would do to the stickies if shot upon ??
